These terms cover the free personalised birth-sky reading offered through a partner venue that displays a 12andUs QR card (the “Partner”). They are separate from the general 12andUs Terms of Service, which apply in addition if you go on to create an account on our site.
The reading is provided by Apogeeks Pte. Ltd., 16 Raffles Quay #33-03 Hong Leong Building, Singapore 048581 (registration number 201500663W), which operates 12andUs (“we”, “us”).
You enter your name, email address and birth details, and we generate a short reading of your birth chart and send it to you by email. It is free, no account and no payment are required, and nothing is shown on the page — the reading only arrives in your inbox. One reading per person per Partner. Delivery usually takes a few minutes; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
The Partner offers you the reading as a gift and provides the printed QR card. We write and send the reading. If you tick the consent box, the Partner also receives your name and email address so it can contact you about its own offers — see the Partnership Privacy Notice. The Partner is an independent business: its products, services, prices and its own messages to you are its responsibility, not ours. Equally, the content of the reading is ours and not the Partner’s.
Please enter your own details, and enter them accurately. Do not submit another person’s birth data or email address. Not knowing your exact birth time is fine — choose “I don’t know” and the reading is written accordingly.
This offer is for people aged 16 or over. If you are under 16, please do not submit your details.
Astrological readings are offered for reflection, self-knowledge and entertainment. They are not advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial guidance. Please do not make decisions with real consequences on the basis of a reading.
We only send you marketing messages if you ticked the consent box. You can stop these communications at any time, without giving a reason: use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email we send you, or write to support@12andus.com. Stopping them does not affect the reading you already received. It does not stop messages the Partner sends you directly — ask the Partner for those.
The offer is for individual visitors. Automated submissions, bulk requests and repeated attempts to obtain several readings are not permitted; we apply rate limits and may decline or withdraw a reading.
Each printed QR card is valid for a limited period, and the campaign may change or end at any time. When a card has expired, its page points you to the current one.
The reading is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from the use of, reliance on, or failure to receive a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: support@12andus.com.
